Monthly data not received

I have a contract with MTN mobile which is not yet expired. I pay every month on debit order. recently i dont get the monthly data of 2 GB from MTN. Can MTN explain what is the isssue. I tried to call the call centre number but there is no one picking up the phone.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

We have investigated the system and the system reflect that the 2GB has been allocated to your sim card for Dec, Jan and Feb month the 2GB for March will only be allocated to the sim card 21-3-2016.

Please check the blance: *141*0 or *141*5#
