Monthly data not being uploaded

I have month to month contract with MTN with no outstanding balance yet I have no connection only to be told "you had no provision this month"that means someone who is paid by MTN did not do the job as required. I as a customer I must suffer and pay more money for data while waiting for MTN to load my monthly data.This is pathetic and what is worse you have to wait 24 to 72 hours.
