Monthly Data bundle not loaded as per contract.

My SMS and data bundles on my cellphone has not been loaded for June. The threat is that I will have to pay the outrageous out of bundle rates for something that is contractually due to me. Since the 12th of June I have emailed twice, went to an agent twice and have phoned 808 many times but have had no response. In addition my limit on my tablet account has been increased from R0 to R6600 without my requesting it which I cannot reset on the recommended *141*5# number (Ref number ***, REQ ***). <br>

Please note that a request has been sent for the bundle to be activated as well as the limit on the data line to be set to R0.00.
