On 2 April I posted a complaint regarding the fact that I am not receiving all my contract promised - I am still waiting for someone to make contact with me!!! This is, once again, shocking service from MTN!!!!

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the breakdown in service delivery.
We see from our systems that the services SMS200 as well as the 300MB, were activated on 20th April. This should rectify the issue.
