I have been struggling to get my refund from MTN after I cancelled and handed in my WiFi router on 04 October 2024. on the Month2Month uncapped data deal of R269. I was told that I will get a pro-rata refund for October and full refund for November. Still no refund. MTN requested proof of payment and was forded twice and still no joy!
