Month to month wifi cancellation not done since 25-01-2025

I have submitted a complain last week to cancel the month to month router which I submitted 25-01-2025 to Westgate store,in Feb retensions consultant told me its de activated and that the last debit was04-02-2025 but to my surprise they debited again 04-03-2025 which I reversed cause I don't have their router nor wifi,I started buying my own data since 25-01-2025.Nobody from mtn called till this day.I am utterly disgusted as when I called they said the cancelation was declined...Instead of letting the store know or myself they kept quite and debited therefore reversed my money cause they not authorized to do that.All I want is to cancel that router on my name wef 25-01-2025.
