Month to Month wifi.

MTN😓. What a waste of time and money. So i took out the R400 wifi month to month deal with MTN. It seemed to work just fine until they couldn't process a payment due to their systems being offline. They still made me pay the following day but then I had no internet for the entire month of June. I went to the store and called their customer care line and still couldn't get assist.

Fast forward to July, I decided I would switch and request that MTN debits from my account to avoid "offline systems." MTN debited for the month of July but then I still didn't have internet connection for the month of July. O am ****ed to the core because none of their departments could say what the issue is. I have to had to put my side hustles on hold and spent so much buying data so i could study.

MTN does not care about their customers and have no solutions for their problems. I have been inconvenienced and had to spend so much calling in, following up and buying data to continue with my studies. I also lost out on money because i couldn't do my dose hustles which requires internet connection.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone and i'm standing on business. MTN needs to do better and train their staff be Austin those people don't know anything either than offline systems.
