Month to month sim card

I have a month to month SIM card deal with them , they didn’t load my data this month claiming late payment. And I pay on the same date every month😭 I’m so frustrated because I have no budget to buy data else where and I’m working from home I need it. They say they can’t even refund my money. What a loss
