Month to month router pish

I took out a month to month router contract with mtn, almost two years ago. I had it cancelled mid last year. Even submitting al the right documentation and contacting the ombudsman, they have failed to cancel it and have been debiting me. This has lead to my other accounts being blocked as well. They are the absolute worst.
