Month to month router not cancelled since 25-01-2025

I am utterly disgusted with MTN as they refuse to cancel month to month router which I took back 25-01-2025 at Westgate mtn store.I have called the contact centre no help at all and consultant at store also send an email to area manager last Thursday but still no cancelation,I also send an email to complaints but so far no help. I revered payment for March and April as I buy data. I am so frustrated and upset that I don't know who can help or if I must complain at ombudsman.Mtn doesn't even sort complains that's how pathetic the service is.
