Month to Month Router

Took out the month to month router and it’s been hell to cancel it since. None of stores know what do, they don’t want to take the router or cancel the contract, they refer you to the call centre which is not helpful at all. Went to the Nelspruit Crossing branch and was told they don’t do cancellations, went to Mall of Africa and I was given a random number by one of the staff. I’m now receiving texts about owing the router when I’ve called them numerous to cancel and haven’t even used to router in months. DO NOT TAKE THE MONTH TO MONTH ROUTER WITH THEM. They are the worst. I’m still fighting to cancel my dam contract!!!!!!
