Month to month is bull****

I am using this month to month no contract WIFI services at first the services were great up until they pursing me for a contract which I’m not interested in, now they reduced my services , by the 8th of Nov I got a text saying i used 100% but it’s only 3 phones and we hardly use the services . I’m so disappointed😢
