Month to month contracts disservice

I’m Appalled by the service of MTN .

I have a month to month 5g router , that was closed last month November , because of miss understanding of no payment . I then made double payment in the same month of November 30th R1050 to stay on par with my payments my due date it’s the 4th of every month. Furthermore an amount of R510,49 was debited on the 4th of December, but my account it’s still closed my router it’s working but no data provisioned. I went to MTN Trade Route mall as I bought the deal there and got no joy the router it’s still at Mtn, the consultant says the reason that’s given from head office Margaret Andrews (101632) is that the payment was late but I have proof that that’s not the case , now they consultant says it’s going to be opened only on the first of January, for me that’s not acceptable because payments have been made and in fact i was double billed for a service I’m not going to receive . This is my *** My Id *** *** , please sort out this mess .
