Month to month contract debacle of a lie!!!

Consultants at the call centre,Lebo and Mandy,they are very rude and they drop calls on you because they simply are rotten,impassioned for the industry!i paid a month to month contract for my home wifi,simple rule u pay this month to have data loaded next month.

i paid 24th April for May,data was loaded from the 1st May,on the 08th May they cut me off,when i called found the mean girls on shift mandy didnt even want to create a ticket for me.i swear to this day the back office does not want to give me access to my paid data for the month.

Mtn staff failing to do their jobs can simply get a company to rot,a lot of people are begging and praying to sit around those swinging chairs with aircons and they are sincere,willing and respectful people. For the suffering im currently experiencing with mtn i have to say month to month contract contradicts my situation and for this i hate mtn.
