Month to month contract complain

I have a problem with MTN, I have a month to month contract with them that commenced in April. They sent my data the first month of which it was April then in May i did not receive data the whole month and I kept on calling and they kept on telling me that they will escalate my query and kept on giving me reference numbers until I gave up around the 12th of May, in June i did receive data and towards the end of June i paid for July but I have not receive my data for July till now when I call them they tell me the very same story they told me in May of escalating my query and they say I should wait and this data is for school in May I did not attend classes the whole month and now I am about to not attend again.
