Month-to-month contract.

I’ve cancelled my month-to-month contract on 26 February 2026 at your MTN store in Menlyn Park Shopping Centre. At the time of cancellation, I have completed and signed a cancellation form and returned the router together with all cables and accessories. I’ve thus fulfilled all requirements for cancellation, including the return of the equipment, but you keep on debiting by account. I regret the day I've ever entered into a contract with MTN ! Disgusted in the customer service! You don't even deserve-1 Star.
