MONTH TO MONTH CANCELATION HOME LTE...

I had canceled my contract in Jan 13 2022 and yet its 1 MARCH 2022 the month to month contract is still active. I have spoken to over 20 call agents all are clueless and providing me different stories. how hard can it be for MTN to cancel a month to month contract home LTE. PLEASE HELP.
