Month long wait for answers

On the 10th of August my line was suspended with no warning or notification. After calling the call centre 3 times and being told twice that someone would call me back to this day I am still waiting. I also requested via email to customer services that my debit order be stopped and for them to send me the settlement amount so that I can close the subscription. I received 1 email from Nicholate Ndebele acknowledgin my request and that was that. What more must 1 do to get good service from a company that you have loyally supported for more than 10 years!!?
