Monies owing
My query relates to monies that was deducted from my banking account without my permission.According to various consultants at your call centre the money R21k + was earmarked to be paid back into my banking account as requested,but up until today nothing was paid back to me.This is really frustrating and I would like to know when will the money be paid back.This has been going on since May 2015.Please guys I have never paid monies late or you never had to beg for balances owing to you.I need my money asap.<br> <br> Thank you

We do pick up the credit for R22 356.94 has been credited to the account. the invoices for July has been added the credit has been used against this invoices , then the credit left of R21 817.94 has been used against the August and September invoices.
The credit now on the account R17 699.66. We have sent the request to the banking department to refund this amount to your bank account.
