Money Taken without Delivery

The service has been totally shocking and disappointing,i have made two purchases for data on the 12th and 29th July,been R149 and R469 ,6g an 10g.The data has not been loaded for these two purchases ,however reflects on my app that i purchased ,i contacted the MTN customer services via telephonic and email,my gosh these 3 people i communicated with has no clue as to how to resolve,i checked my bank statement and clearly indicated the money was paid,is MTN now expecting me to forget about this money?I had to buy data via FNB which cost me more money ,should FNB take over MTN ?????????????????
