Money taken from my account

<p>Good day</p> <p>My contract with MTN was cancelled in November 2016. Up to April 2017 they have been deducting money from me. After numerous call and going into the store they have said that they will refund me. First it was the 17th of May, then the end of the month. When no refund was done, I returned to the store and another empty promise was made. to date no refund has been done. My next step will be to contact the SAPS and opening a case of ***** against MTN, as this money was taken without my consent, as the contract had been cancelled.</p>
