Money taken but data not loaded!

I have been having issues with buying data on the MTN app and the data does not load/appear yet the amount has been deducted. The first time this happened was in June and I called till I gave up. This happened again on September 16 and I have been calling them since then and my query hasn't been solved. I have called over 7 times. They all say the same thing, let me investigate this for you then I will be with you shortly and when they come back it's either that they have escalated the matter and some hang up while they "investigate" like today. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone because what on earth is the foolery!!!!! Mad business.
