Money taken

Good day Team back in 2019 I took up a contract with mtn and in Nov 2021 contract ended however I was sent an invoice of R750,which I paid after that after some weeks I was sent another invoice of R123,I then foned in to ask for my number to be cancelled and be taken back to pay as you go,but the money was taken any way...Iam not pleased with mtn customer service
