Money not paid to me, more than 6 weeks after ********** case was resolved...still waiting!!

I discovered money was going out my account to MTN. I contacted my bank and they said I must resolve this with MTN. I went into MTN branch and they lodged my case and said it normally take 7-10 days to have money returned. A week later I went back to MTN to see what news they had for me. I was told that the case has been investigated and they agreed to pay money back to me and this should take a few days. A week passed and still no payment. I returned to the MTN branch and the lady said they she is not sure why the money has not been paid. She logged a complaint and said she would let me know if she hears anything. Another week passed and I got the same answer as before. Several weeks have passed and still no payment. There is no direct number of course so you just sit in the dark as to why this is taking so long to have the money paid over. The customer service is of a sub standard and I find the business conduct almost ********* as they are keeping my money and enjoying the interest.
