My MTN query is 761 days old now & counting. MTN is hiding, ducking & diving, they know they're a bunch of unsavory's. Ethically bankrupt consumed by avarice. It is sad to see through the Hello Peter entries the havoc & misery MTN inflict on their Clients. Billing after cancellation is a tactic, so is billing on ********** accounts, billing on non working services, billing for erroneous upgrades, stalling an upgrade past the service cancellation date is a sneaky one. Notice its all about billing, that's why one can't get any service because they need to stall. Every month they stall they get another pay day from your account. MTN is not really a communications company its a legal & accountants company. money, money, money.
