Money Making ****

i'm a very un happy Customer i called Mtn before the end of November requesting my Contract to be cancelled i was advised to call again after the 6th as i had to wait to the contract to expire first i then called again on the 8th i spoke to Barbra around pass 4pm and she told me everything was done and the phone numbers will be cancelled *** and *** and she also advised that the services wont to put on my phone this month and if i still had DATA , AIRTIME will also be taken as i will be migrating to Pre-Paid ..... on the 14th of December i received the DATA, AIRTIME,SMS ....WHY i dont know i have been calling MTN everyday getting different Reference numbers and being told not to use any of the services as it will be Reversed so that you wont bill me ,,, this is a Huge inconvenience to me as i cant even send people sms it's look like MTN its a Money Making **** cause a lot of people are complaining about the same thing that you never cancel people's contract so that you can continue billing them ,,, can you kindly take back your services ref : numbers REQ***,, *** & *** & ***& ***<br> *** , hopefully someone will do their job<br>
