Money gone and data never showed up!!!

On the 26th of February I sent data to an mtn mobile number and received an email confirmation of my payment, mtn have no clue of what is going on after multiple calls to the help desk still it seems the money has disappeared into thin air and still 2 days later no sign of the data. After calling the call centre I was told nothing was showing on my account both from my number and that of the number where the data was sent. However the money has left my bank account and I have an email confirmation of the payment to mtn. I find this extremely *********** of mtn and quite disappointing. Also their call centre really sucks as people there are very unhelpful. Some assistance with this issue may be appreciated.
