money due to me
i cancel my cellphone contract with Mtn which ended December, but in January they deduct for which i cancel my contract since i was told i will be getting my money back I call in, I spoke with more than 3 consultants which the one said they will pay me back, I phone again to ask for my money but until know i did not received anything, I was told that i have an outstanding amount due but why they only bringing that now up when they have too pay me back?SAME WITH MY CELLPHONE I SEND FOR REPAIRS WHICH WAS INSURED BUT STILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT. I CALL NUMEROUS TIMES EACH ONE GIVING ME A DIFFERENT STORY REGARDING MY CELLPHONE AND MONEY!!!<br> <br>

We are truly sorry for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused. It is not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We have now perused the account and see that the amount of R297.89 was approved, credited to the account and then refunded to your banking account on the 11th of February 2015.
We do see that there is insurance on your account but no details of the policy. Please can you provide us with the insurance document that you signed with for us to see which cell-phone number was insured with the device that you booked in for a repair. You can send the documents to *** and we will escalate the matter to our Insurance Department.
Our system shows that cell-phone number *** had cell-phone insurance and we've requested the Nashua Support desk to provide us with details of the policy for verfication purposes.
