Money disappeared from my phone and data disappeared non stop. No service on my nr activated

My experience is rather bad. No one seems to care to give me my feedback or my money back. 1gig date during the night in possible I am sleeping and have a WiFi at night. R200 airtime gone in one night. Is not on.
