Money Deducted with no services.

I get debited every month on the same day which is the 7th.<br> When I get debited I expect my airtime (Free minutes) to be updated the same time.<br> I think its very unfair that I have to wait a good couple of days before it kicks in again then once that's done I only have a couple of days to use it because then the end of the month begins again and then it disappears.<br> <br> I don't understand. Whats the point of this then. Never been so disappointed by a network provider before.<br> <br> Today is the 13th of April and I am still waiting for my top up but funny story is I got debited on the 7th please can you send me a full description on how MTN works so then I can also know because I just seem to be missing something clearly,<br>
