Money deducted in the name of insurance.....failure to provide proof of insuarance acceptance

Since 2018 they have been deducting money from my account every month. They say it's insurance but l never signed up for insurance with them, my phone was insured with another company.I asked Thandeka from insurance to send me proof that l signed up for insurance and she couldn't, it has been a week now.No response .Around R4500 deducted .
