Money collected but no feedback
I since paid MTN on a monthly basis via VVM ,they collected money from me on a monthly basis since 2013 till 2015/02 but when I call VVM callcentre they claim not to who seen any payments reflecting since 2013.<br> I have been calling and email to find out the balance on my account as I have probably even overpaid, I did not stop paying to avoid blacklisting as they are so quick in doing so but for me who is paying no one bothers to tell me what is going on.
