Money being taken

The last few time I have loaded airtime onto my phone MTN has just decided to claim R3 or more off the total amount. This is beyond frustrating when you pay R85 for airtime because you want to use R85 airtime to purchase a bundle. Why is my money being taken without my permission? It has happened a few times now! How do I get MTN to stop just deducting my money???
