****** MONEY AND *****.DO NOT USEOR TRUST

I have the following issue and need urgent advice, as the claim against my name is causing a disruption with my home bond applications.

Contacted by Mondo on behalf of MTN Service providers to telephonically sell a Laptop. Laptop was presented at a certain discounted deal. I accepted and the laptop was delivered. First Debit order went off 27 Jan and it was not for the agreed amount, yet double. I desputed the amount and lodged an official complaint 07 Feb when they refused to get back to me in the interim. The communication went back and forth and I requested for them to pull the recording done on the sale. I continued to follow up (emails as proof) until they responded only the 12th of April. In the interim I desputed the denit orders. (email as proof) They responded with: Thank you for your inquiry. We will look into your query and contact you immediately with a resolution. My Network was cut-off I went to the strore and explained the complaint. To which they advised a case will be noted with the footnote of pending payment and they switched the network back on. They Mondo consultant then verified that the recording deemed accurate and in my favour. (15 April) The Mondo team then advised that I would have to pay for the laptop, which I refused and they concluded that the laptop would have to be returned, to which I agreed to. Mongo made arrangements with THEIR courier to collect, which they did, and I signed for it. In the interim I requested my account (normal account without the laptop) to be sent so that I can make arrangements to pay, however they sent me the account including the laptop again. (request for invoices to be corrected 15 April with no feedback to date) Network was kept on and they just left the case completely, without any deductions. Network was all of the sudden cut off again with no means of communication on account or arrangements. After ending up in the emergency room by the help of public strangers, this is from me not having means of calling for an ambulance, I decided to cut my losses and switch networks. This was a big decision with having the same contact information on all legal documents and the same number for 20+ years. I am a renal failure patients on dialysis and a leg amputee, I cannot go without a means of contacting in cases of emergencies. The service provider is now claiming that I owe R20 000 and over for this situation. This is still including the laptop, which they have. I am not being able to apply for a home loan due to this being against my name. I need this to be sorted as soon as humanly possible otherwise I loose the opportunity to become a home owner…
