Mondo/Rewards Co uses MTN to **** people

In March 2022 I app**** for a phone online with a monthly payment of R299, I have never received the phone, not airtime nor Data top up. This RewardsCo/Mondo/Mtn they keep on trying to debit R749 in my account. I called and was put on hold forever.. I tried to stop the debit order and it does not show on my debit order list...DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MONDO/REWARDSCO
