MONDO/MTN REFUSING TO CANCEL CONTRACT AND TAKING MY MONEY

This company is such a rip-off especially when it comes to selling cellphone contracts via third parties. I received a call from Mondo 3 months ago, December sometime, with a cellphone offer which sounded good especially since i was in need of a phone. The process was smooth and had no hick ups until the phone arrived and it was not what i was told i would receive. I called Mondo on the same day as delivery and told them i was not happy and would like to return the phone and cancel, and that is when everything just went the opposite direction and i would never find peace but would see money fly off my account every month for subscription fees for a phone i never even used.

I returned their stupid inappropriate device to an MTN store, to be specific the MTN Store in Centurion Mall, where i was guaranteed the contract would be closed but 3 months later, NOTHING. I have received countless reference numbers with no solution to my problem. Been to MTN Store across Gauteng and still nothing. The MTN call center is even worse, agents keep saying they know nothing and cant assist.

This is the last reference i have, ********** 3,. I am no longer interested in dealing with MTN or Mondo please get someone to cancel this and i want my money back. This is just appalling service and nothing customer friendly about it/
