Mondo/Mtn PATHETIC SERVICE

If I could I would rate MTN ONLINE WHICH APPARENTLY IS MONDO A-5 I app**** online for a Data contract which included lots of extras. 2 Months and 50 emails later and I have not received the promotional DATA as promised per MTN'S website.I even lodged a complaint with ICASA but it seems that as with many things I will have to accept the below standard service and customer care we have become accustomed to.
