MONDO USELESS

I have paid for a router more than a week ago through MTN Mondo. First they delivered but the biometrics failed. I have now been waiting more than a week and still has not received it. MTN Mondo failed to inform CSV Couriers to do a manual delivery even though I received confirmation 3 days ago that a manual delivery has been approved
