MONDO SALES MISLEADING CLIENTS

Good day, a sales person from Mondo gave me the sweetest upgrade deal yesterday 18 July 2023, only to find out he took me for a ride by lying to me. Should he even work as a sales person. MTN, you've dropped the ball by allowing people like this to do your sales, really, can you not afford to do it yourselves. I am cancelling this contract (lucky no device attached) and this person should not be behind a sales desk as he is lying to client's. I expect a call from either Mondo or MTN about this where I will give detailed info around this matter.
