Mondo MTN, strugeling to cancel online order to take a new co tract at MTN, but no assitance

My wife and I have been struggeling for 2 days now to cancel a online order with mondo. Calling almots every moment. Is this because we want to cancel our order, we are strugeling to take a phone straight from mtn amd want to remove this order at mondo. This is pathetic, we have done emails no answer, we have done whatsapp support maby about 9 times on 2 diffrent phones no answer we have phoned out maby R250 of airtime no answer.
