MONDO MTN SALES AGENT VERBALLY ABUSE PENSIONER

Truly and utterly thankful for an app like Truecaller that actually records all incoming and outgoing calls. So my mom a pensioner(existing MONDO MTN customer) app**** online for a MTN home Internet package and received a call ba k from this very rude obnoxious sales agent, you could hardly hear him at first and my mother asked if he could speak louder and he confirmed the online application and asked her for her employment information and she said she's a pensioner, Immediately responding in a rude aggressive manner "YOU DON'T MEET OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" so my mom said but she's an existing customer of MONDO and he screamed over the phone DID YOU NOT HEAR WHAT I SAID TO YOU? YOU DON'T MEET OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" Then saying YOU ****ING STUPID CUSTOMERS ARE ****ING HIM OFF. then the call was cut. All on recording what a shock and shame
