Mondo, Mtn rewardsco misleads customers

Have been struggling with mondo for 8 months to get a contract cancelled that MTN Rewards co consultant added to my existing MTN contract *******ly. After a complaint to mondo and after they have ruled that I was misled and that I had to return the device delivered to me to MTN. Since then they have continued to debit my account for 7 months. I had to stop the debit order. They have now charged me with a cancelation fee and deducted an astronomical amount of money from my account. I had it reversed by the bank and today after the millionth call to them they said that the cancelation fee was wavered and that I must give them a bank confirmation letter so that they can pay back the money they owe me. Well as soon as I gave them the details they deducted the cancelation fee again. I had to rush to the bank to get it reversed for the second time. This is the most *********** company I have ever delt with. In more than 8 months they have promised that the problem will be resolved and have never come back to me. Even on request for a manager to contact me and after issuing a manager callback reverence number on 3 occasions I have not heard from a manager. And every time you phone the consultant say they will escalate the issue. Never deal with this company they are *********** and utterly useless.
