Mondo MTN has the worst customer service

A contract was **********ly opened with my details. Every time i try call the customer care number I get disconnected. I was advised that someone would call me and update me on the investigation, this didn't happen. I spike to 2 different consultants that gave me 2 different advises. I just need them to cancel this and it seems no1 gives a ****. How can MTN use this service as a subsidiary.???
