Mondo MTN *****

I was contacted by Mondo on behalf of MTN a d offered a laptop deal for 129 per month. Then when first bill was due it was suddenly 3 times the amount and then they said that is the installment. We told them that was not what was agreed over the phone it is ***** and they said they will listen to the recording. It took them over a month to listen to the recording and then said it is ***** and we should take laptop to MTN Cape Rd and get an Irns no. I did that and phoned them and gave the number to them and they said once the laptop arrives via courier then we will get an rna number and our debit orders will be reimbursed. It is now over a month again since we sent it back and they say they don't have it so contract not canceled yet and still shows active. We can't seem to get it canceled. And we paying for something we don't even have. This is the worst service ever. They are fast to take yr money but they committed ***** and can't even just cut there losses and cancel the contract. We don't know what else to do now?
