Mondo & MTN Equally Pathethic

Extremely disappointed with the service I'm getting from MTN. I app**** for the Black Friday special for 50 Gig data @ R199.00 on the 25th of November. A consultant from Mondo contacted me on behalf of MTN and requested my documents. I sent through all documents on the 25th of November, Till today I have not received any Feedback as to when my Sim & router will be Delivered. I have been Phoning Mondo call center weekly. Every time i phone the issue is been escalated to Sales. The level of service is very poor. Today I spoke To Lindiwe Mbatha and yet again she could not give me any info other than she is escalating the matter to sales.
