Mondo MTN contract

On 06/10/2020 I took out 2 Mtn 24months contract via Mondo.( online reference number ***4) . When I tried to cancel/ upgrade to avoid the contract going over I was advised that my contract was for 26 months . I have since raised numerous queries with MTN and I’m not getting any help . I went to the store and requested recordings of my online contract and they were unable to assist .

The phones were 2 iPhone 7 for 349 each. Please assist by emailing me to agreement please .
