Mondo Mtn

I have a really terrible experience with Mondo. During December 2021, I received a call from a Mondo consultant saying I was just offered a great 36 month router for R499 as I was a loyal Mtn customer. I refused and told the consultant, I just took a package with Mweb, and he coerced me to take it as it had new features, it could be used up to 8 hours when theres load shedding and it’s really advanced. After spending close to 2 hours with him on the call, I agreed as I wanted to see this new device. It got delivered and it was just a normal ZTE router of which I cancelled and returned to Mtn store during the cooling off period. The cancellation is a nightmare in Jan 2022 I was charged R2.8k they said it’s a cancellation charge, and now in February 2022 they charged R3.6k when I call the call centre always says they are offline, Mtn says no credit has been passed they are just debiting my account. I wouldn’t advise or recommend this company to anyone, I am still fighting to have them credit my account and it’s just exhausting
