Mondo MTN

I signed up for a WIFI contract with Mondo and MTN which included data and a router. After receiving the router and activating the sim, I did not get the data speed I was promised and the monthly premiums were double than what I signed up for. I was advised to cancel the contract and return the router which I did. One month and five phone calls later, I was debited twice and the Mondo MTN Customer Care simply says each time they are waiting for feedback from the warehouse. I am now seeking legal advice. Don't waste your time with Mondo MTN, they falsely represent what they sell and you battle to get your money back.
