Mondo Mobile in Durban/ MTN SA agent are ******. Never take a contract with them or you will live to regret it

I took a MTN data contract with Mondo this year in March and they gave me 2 sim cards instead of one. I lodged a complaint with them and they didan investigation and found that they were in the wrong. Advised them to cancel the contract as it was null and void. Till today they are apparently still waiting for MTN to cancel. Cancellation was requested in April. They never call back or respond to emails. I have been dealing with a lady called Nicole. Empty promises that one. NEVER EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY ARE ******. MTN WHY WOULD YOU PARTNER WITH SUCH AN AGENT THAT PUTS YOUR NAME INTO DISREPUTE?
