MONDO MISLEAD CONTRACT DEAL

Hi

I'm normally don't have an issue with my MTN number***) However in January i received a call from MONDO, selling on behalf of MTN.

I already have the *** number with MTN for several years, so when the lady offered me the contract from MONDO with R200 airtime for R269, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HER IF THE PHONE WILL BE DUAL, on the recorded line she stated that it it DUAL SIM, so i was happy with the offer. I received the phone, and ITS NOT DUAL SIM as that feature is probably blocked out. I have requested feedback from MONDO via their customer care and all they have done to date, is deactivated the new contract with no contact from their side.

Why are these guys allowed to mislead on behalf of MTN, as it WAS a TRUSTED name for me.

Please could MTN assist here as eventually my credit score will be affected by this.

I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS CONTRACT, IF ITS NOT DUAL SIM.

if my name gets affected by this, i will cancel all contracts with MTN.
